What Is Elevated Coaching?

Regardless of your experience, we develop a program tailored to your goals. Our range of programs focuses on various exercises, nutritional guidance, and accountability to achieve your desired lifestyle. Our specialty is for the busy juggling careers, parenting,  and individuals who often fail to maintain a balanced lifestyle due to restrictions of time, knowledge, and lack of motivation.

Our Process and What it includes:

Step 1

PHONE SCREENING

We go through a phone screening as a brief introductory conversation between a potential client and a fitness coach. The purpose of the phone screening is to:

  • Determine the client's goals and motivations

  • Assess the client's commitment to making lifestyle changes

  • Explain the coaching program and services offered

  • Answer any questions the client may have

  • Determine which coach is a right fit for you.

The phone screening helps both the client and the coach decide if they are a good fit for each other. It also allows the coach to gather information to tailor a personalized program for the client. From there we schedule a Initial Lifestyle Assessment.

Step 2

INITIAL LIFESTYLE ASSESSMENT

We’ll help you get crystal clear on your vision, set reasonable goals, crush your limitations, and transform you into a results-oriented, passionate, purposeful human being.We will get a physical assessment of your weakness, strengths, limitations, coordination and determine how coachable you are.

 

This assessment will include the following Nutrition Assessment and Inbody Scan.

Step 3

NUTRITION ASSESSMENT

Based on specific goals, dietary restrictions, allergies, metabolic rates, preferences, and lifestyle, we will make a plan FOR YOU for FAT LOSS and MUSCLE GAIN AT THE SAME TIME, support you through any changes ensuring that you get to your goals and keep them – for life.

Step 4

INBODY SCAN

Access to our state-of-the-art $14,000 in body scanner that allows clients and coaches to track the body over time. The more we know about the body, the better we can serve. The normal scan rate is $15 per scan, but you get unlimited scan, saving you $1000’s in 12 months.

MEET THE COACH

Based on all the following, you will be assigned a coach the best suited to your lifestyle, training style, availability, and personality. 

Step 5

8-12 Week minimum

Training Program

It is all done for you! You don’t have to figure out how to plan your workouts. The coach will not only educate you in proper techniques and allow you to learn about your body but homework will also be provided in our app on the days you do not see each other.

Step 6

Accountability + Motivation

The MOST IMPORTANT reason our clients love us is that we genuinely care about your Health. And because we understand one of the biggest reasons most people fail to maintain a healthy lifestyle is that a certain mindset needs to be adopted to maintain that lifestyle. So we include 24/7 access, open communication, constant reminders, check-in, and a perspective to ensure you are implementing what was asked; this leaves very little room for failure.

Step 8

Reward Program

After your program is finished assuming you have done well we reward our clients with the opportunity to write a DETAILED review (google, yelp, 小红书) that separates us from others. In exchange, we will offer 10%-20% off your next package purchase.

Disclosure+Policy Frequent Questions: 

Because we understand building habits statistically takes six months, we prefer you commit at least 2-3 months, preferably 6. To ensure pure consistency 2 years the timeline which it becomes integrated into your lifestyle regardless of excuses.

  • We guarantee results meaning if you follow the plan and see no results we would be happy to give you your money back. 

  •  You have the flexibility to change your weekly visits. Just be sure to communicate with your coach. We recommend 2x week for consistency.

  • Each training session is 60min each, but you can come early to warm up.

 

  • Last min cancelation: Any last-minute cancellation 12 hours before your scheduled session will be considered forfeited.
