This was designed for the best of both worlds of attentive private training and community group class to build friends. What makes this unique from what you have ever experienced is we offer nutrition guidance, workouts, and most importantly accountability. With the help of your new friends and your coach, we define that value to maintain a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Because we understand that health is encompassing physically, mentally, mentally, and spiritually we are offering an introductory to somatic breathwork with our head coach.
