At Morph Fitness, the cost of training is influenced by:
Your Goals – Fat loss, muscle building, rehabilitation, or performance all require different levels of programming and strategy.
Injury & Limitations – Clients with injuries or movement restrictions require more specialized coaching and attention.
Level of Accountability Needed – The more structure, guidance, and support you need outside of sessions, the more comprehensive the service becomes.
Coach Experience & Expertise – Pricing reflects the coach’s level of knowledge, experience, and proven ability to deliver results.
Education & Coaching Depth – We don’t just run workouts—we teach. Every session includes guidance on technique, muscle engagement, habits, and lifestyle so you understand what you’re doing and why.
Because of these variables, there is no one-size-fits-all price. We tailor our coaching to match your needs and ensure you get the best possible outcome.

Getting started is simple and designed to make sure it’s the right fit for both of us.
Step 1: 15-Minute Phone Consultation
We start with a quick call to learn about your goals, schedule, history and what you’re looking for. This helps us determine if we’re a good fit—so no one’s time is wasted.
Step 2: Complimentary 1-Hour Consultation
If it’s a good fit, we’ll invite you in for a full consultation. This is where we dive deeper into your goals, assess movement, and map out the best path forward.
Step 3: Onboarding & Custom Plan
Once you’re ready to move forward, we begin onboarding. This includes setting up your personalized training plan, outlining your schedule, and establishing accountability systems to keep you on track.
